Ziqian Xu (William) is an research assistant working in the lab, leading an effort of isolating extracellular vesicle (EV) and EV RNAs from plasma samples, aiming to develop biomarker for Parkinson’s disease. He uses the EXODUS machine to isolate EVs and performed RNA isolation, QC, and sequencing.
