Ziqian Xu (William) was an research assistant working in the lab, leading an effort of isolating extracellular vesicle (EV) and EV RNAs from plasma samples, aiming to develop biomarker for Parkinson’s disease. He used the EXODUS machine to isolate EVs and performed RNA isolation, QC, and sequencing.
